In the area of intellectual property rights, the year 2018 brought about a series of changes, including even conceptual ones, evoking questions and critical looks. This topic is addressed in a work published by Charles University, Faculty of Law, in Prague in 2018, under the title “Topical Issues of Copyright and Industrial Property Rights”, and subtitle “As to Conceptual Changes in Approaches to Intellectual Property Law, with Special Respect to Concepts of Originality of Works, Trademarks and Doctrine of Equivalence in Patent Law”.
