Copyright and Related Rights, 2nd updated edition

JUDr. Tomáš Dobřichovský, Ph.D. is a co-author of the university textbook about the copyright titled Copyright and Related Rights.

The new edition responds in the first place on the development of the EU law in this regard, represented by the so-called Directive on Copyright and Related Rights in the Digital Single Market. This Directive is supposed to be implemented in the Czech law by 7 June 2021.
