Topical issues of intellectual property law

JUDr. Tomáš Dobřichovský, Ph.D., head of the section specializing in intellectual property law, gave a lecture at the seminar organized by the Academy of Justice in Kroměříž on 16 May 2019.
At this seminar, JUDr. Dobřichovský, Ph.D. focused on the topics of “Creation of intellectual property objects in labour-law or external relationships, including the contract for work according to the Civil Code with an intangible outcome, further to the regulation of a work tailor-made according to the copyright law“ and “Collision of rights of the author and originator of the industrial property right with parties to the contract for work – the contractor and the purchaser“.
