International Seminar on Patent Law

On 20 November 2018 from 14:00 p.m., an international seminar on the topic of patent law will be held by the Copyright, Industrial Property and Competition Law Institute of the Faculty of Law of Charles University in cooperation with Technische Universität Dresden.
The organizer and moderator of this seminar is JUDr. Tomáš Dobřichovský, Ph.D., head of a section specialized in intellectual property.
The seminar about European, Czech and German legal regulation and practice will be focused on narrowly defined topical issues of patent law – artificial intelligence and software in the context of patent law.
