IPG Conference in New York

On May 10 – 13, 2018, JUDr. Tomáš Dobřichovský, Ph.D., head of the section specializing in intellectual property, and JUDr. Michal Morawski, head of the section specializing in the GDPR, took part in the IPG (International Practice Group – an international group associating about 80 law firms and tax and accounting advisors worldwide) conference, held in New York this time.
This spring conference was hosted by the law firm Golenbock Eiseman Assor Bell & Peskoe LLP and the accounting and business advisor Weinberg Lieberman & Co.
The conference was focused especially on deepening cooperation in the area of intellectual property law, the GDPR, as well as foundation of business companies and the US market penetration. The agenda also included the currently highlighted topic of immigration problems (including matters related with start of businesses in the U.S.A.), which is dealt with by immigration law.
